How to Improve Operations in Emerging Market Crisis Countries
The typical emerging market crisis country was afflicted by what a lot of people call original sin. Mexico couldn't issue peso debt, Israel couldn't issue it because no one would want to buy it. Central banks created reserves and instead of leaving them in the market, they just manufactured their own debt out of thin air.
