The Importance of Form Time in MPQSL
I was never responsible for pastoral, but I would have been absolutely on top of form time and making it a worthwhile part of the day. The kids just thought, what's the point? We don't do anything. So we may as well just turn up for start lessons. But you can set the tone pretty well. And we've got to, you know, I sort of changed tutor time. It's a very, very difficult thing because how do you measure the impact? Yeah, that must have been a struggle with MPQSL as it was, and it's not going to be like that anymore. "We've got fantastic assemblies. We've got a vote for schools.
