Are the 90s Coming Back?
Russia is sliding back towards at least aspects of the wild 90s. The lines between politics, business, crime and war are becoming increasingly blurred. I don't think that we're going to see Russia shifting into becoming almost a failed state as it did in the 90s. Although likely this time because of obsession over the war rather than pills and booze.
