How to Manage Telefemoral Pain in Runners

The telefemoral pain is the most common running-related me injury. There was large positive effects on reducing knee pain in the short term, with the short term being less than three months as a cut-off that we used for our study. Intervention included exercise therapy, training technique, retraining strategies and prefabricated medial wedged foot orthosis.
