The Devastation of the Storm Polly
One person died when a tree fell on her car, I believe. And there's a second person who died in Germany just over the border. So there were two, the tallies very sadly. But actually, when you see how much devastation there was, I think it's quite remarkable that we didn't have more serious injuries and deaths because a lot of trees blew over. They are pretty devastating. The damages was estimated to be between 50 million and 100 million euros according to the insurance companies.
