The Supreme Court Is the Supreme Court's Check
Congress is the supreme court's check. Congress makes laws, courts interpret them. The supreme court decides if a law fits the meaning of the constitutions. There's no such thing as public opinion in favor or out of favor with the supreme court. And i love how the new york times always goes, the supreme courts favorable pulls are down. I am so thankful for checks and balances of jan like, of the united states government.
