What's One of Your Strengths?

"I think in the last maybe four years, I've grown more as a trader probably than the first," he says. "One of my strengths is ... watching other guys make money doing stuff that I know I would screw up and not be tempted to get involved" He adds: "The way my brain works is because it keeps me thirsty."
