I would prefer it to be a congressional thing, but I wouldn't say that to preclude a state from being able to do it. There was a lot of apocalyptic rhetoric used by the lawyers on behalf of both the Biden administration, the beef industry and the Chamber of Commerce. It's like a 13% sales hit, practically speaking, it's for any of these producers. To not be able to sell in California. And somebody can say, you know what? And it may cost me more money to build a second facility that is compliant with California standards.
