The Food Pyramid Is Not the Diet That We Should Be Eating

The food pyramid essentially introduced type two diabetes to the American population. The last one, which was done away with in 1992, called for six to 11 servings of bread cereal rice or pasta a day. Food and nutrition service's mission is self-contradictory: "To increase food security and reduce hunger by providing children and low income people access to food" John Sutter says government should take care of those who cannot take care of themselves.
