How Do You Manage Depression?

Putting something on the calendar that i know i'm going to be excited about adds a little bit of structure. The other element is the intensity and stress of service. It comes as one huge crashing wave, and then there's a bit of recovery after that. And i think i do like alittle bit of the painful side of it. Its just when you don't really feel anything, it's nice to feel something, right?
