The Importance of a Risk Assessment
Social worker had to undertake a risk assessment in her head at the exact same time as everything else. She felt such responsibility for what was happening here with this caller that actually it was a question of her own integrity around her practice. The flippant comment from the nurse has actually made her go oh I did the right thing but mostly she's questioning her integrity and professional decision-making.
