We've always had a customer first philosophy at Rent the Runway. We won't develop a new feature unless it's been heavily tested with real life customers. Even with everything that we do, there's still a percentage of the time where customers return things late or in horrible condition. What we're starting to do is ask more data at the time of rental about what type of occasion she's attending.
