Between three million to nine point five million water gallons are being stolen from us just in southern california. The homicide rate has gone in the desert because these cartells are now shooting ahother out here. They even shoot at the the san badino county sheriffs and ele county sheriffs. So there's a molt. There's just so many elements o this story, a criminal elements. And i think allso a lesson for Americans that this is the consequences when you have a weak boarder.
