i was going to work on a mental goal, a physical goal and a relationship goal. The first step was to stop using shod statements habitually in the morning. And then i started trying it with humans, just smiling and saying a lot to humans. I'm stronger now that i've practised the habit of noticing printed things to remind myself. It's funny how even something kind of silly like you are talking t smiling at inanimate objects,. ye. Kind of my version of smiling at an avinat object, jus saying, like, love my bed and li my lamp rot.
