Brokers will charge anywhere from eight to 12 % on the sale of the business. Even though it's pretty big, four o r, 500 thousand dollar commission for a broker is small. And i guess fundamentally, you believe you can probably do a better job than even the broker who's trying hard because of digital tools. Nother words, you it's not just a focus thing for the brokers. It's that they're old fashioned.
