Beyonce says she wrote Booty Licious. The song was written by a producer from New Jersey named Rob Fessari. He couldn't stand that Beyonce was taking credit for his work, so he complained to her manager and father, Matthew Knowles. And Matthew told him, look, nobody wants to read about Rob from New Jersey writing Booty L Delicious. They want Beyonce, which fair enough, right?
