The Fed's Exploratory Market Shock

The Fed is testing 23 banks for an exploratory market shock. The tests are not likely to slap them with much higher rules after coming out of this test. But the implication is that the Fed will most likely start to test these trading desks more and more in the future. It's a complicated equation here.
