Northern Ireland Is Going Backwards in a Country That's Going Forwards
The poorest parts of the Republic are called the border regions. They were totally different in terms of health expectancy, much higher in terms of income and education. And that compared to like the poorer parts of England, you know, the up North and it's very similar. It's worse but similar. So what it means is that Northern Ireland is going backwards in a country that's going forwards.
