At the moment, the covid crisis has translated in a lot of different sectors in supply chains issues. There is some presumption on the part of all these countries across the world trying to decide that they are going to manage the supply chain because ultimately, private actors do it best. It is true that having all countries investing in building foundries will take some pressure off some bottle nicks. But where i completely follow nicholas is where we have to bear in mind that even though we think that the chip factory is the most important bottl necks, there are other important steps in the value chains as well. To impose sanctions or bottl necs that could create big hurdles in the supply
