If people interpret it as indifferent or uncaring, whether it's true or not, difficulty with multi tasking, doesn't listen to details, and therefore does not follow instructions carefully. Always seems to want to do less work or complain about basic things. Over confident and has difficulty receiving feedback,. Then makes excuses, tries to blame other people, says someone or something else is responsible. Writes a lot of great stuff here.
