Is Your Teenage Mindset Making You Unbalanced?

I think it's somewhere in between, all those things are true, except it's very reasonble to pick a time. I mean, unbalanced kids are less anxious when you have a clear line about things. And my ten year old is, like, acts a lot like the 13 old, like she's resembling a lot of the same behaviors and falling into those routines. But i don't think that's an and also, at this hour, nobody needs to be on screens any more, like, it's just not healthy, right?
