The Importance of Zone Two Cardiovascular Training
I think it depends on what your goals are, right? So I think if your goal is to run a marathon in, you know, three hours, you're going to have to get used to running that pace pretty well. But the truth of it is, by definition, your zone two needs to be pretty darn close to that pace. And especially for people who have finite time, I think it's much more important to spend significant amounts of time above and below where they would otherwise normally default.
