Do I Need to Do More Than 20 % of the Daily Protein?

As long as your total daily protein intake is of a sufficient amount, or time that isn't doesn't really matter. I think that comes down to the minimalist approach. And whether or not the incremental gains is worth it is up to the vidual. But would agree that overall, a your micro nutrent composition is probably a going to give you like, 80 % of the results.
