Ed Rollins: I've had this problem a few times for Jay Thunas-Rivati. We know we're doing six on the weekends, and I think I get into my head still at seven. And then I plan my pre show review stuff to start at like 30 or something. It turns out even simpler solution is to just put the phone somewhere you cannot hear or touch no matter how much. He says he's going to be like a stand up comedian and be like, "If you all want to hang out with me, you got to put your phones in these bags"
