Air help has offices in seven different countries, and we have a lot of people working remotely. We always made sure that we would all meet deffenentely two times a year, but likethe more quarterly. And having our colleagues met each other, even for the first time or aus again and again, it's necessary for the communication on a day-to-day basis. So i think that was the culture of taccompany to and that why, that's why it was very international from early on. But yes, it's been a remote organization, in a way. What you have to have some social intoaction and feel your part of something is still important.
