You're able to boost your dividend type returns with stocks or the dividends less one, two, three percent. If you're earning 1% a month or, or so, or every few weeks on some of these, probably will a pretty steady return over time. But if you don't just chase dividends, you won't be caught in that, you know, trap where, oh, I bought the stock and I sold the call and then it tanked after dividends. That's what you don't want.
