Kindu: Aging is the biggest rist factor for everything, and we need to do something about it. A sustainable exercise, some cardivascular combination of cardy vasculine resistance training are four things that i think really impact aging. And then stress management, which i think the first big step is self awareness, at least knowing when you're stressed. So any changes made in those areas will have an impact 20 years from now - but they'll have a big impact now.
