Geneva - Is That Just to Get the Draft Framework All Set?
There are further preliminary talks happening in nirobe before conming. Is that just to get the draft framework all set before delegates meet in coning, then egotiations will not begin in china. Saw even geneva, it was meant to be fully negotiation, but wept o what we actually saw in geneva. And rightly saw, remember, countries governments delegates had not met for the last two years as ar as a result of the pademic situation. So this was the fir meeting after two years. Most all delegates bescaly, were adding new elements which they would want to see in the framework. But i think, a, it is still a wishful thinking
