Meditation Through the Shower
Before i get the shower, i do my posture exercises. When i get i the shower, I meditate through the shower. It's not anything intense but it allows me to shut off my brain. And when i'm stressed, when business does catch up with me, i just takes practice. You just got to keep practising this over and over and over again,. and it'll start to work. So that's it. I'm out for the night.
