All these, I think, are very good news stories and actually all of them lend themselves to slow journalism. But as I was listening to you, Kat, I kind of thought this is a kind of temper feature series rather than an immediate news story. So that's a very worthy story, which we'll be doing much on but we're going to put that one in third place. Now, so we're down down to whether we go with the banks or the house builders.
