The Two Year Old Sleep Regression

Oscar won't stop waking up at five in the morning. He's going through what's called a two year old sleep regression. I cannot let him cry it out because he shares a room with Rosie and he will wake her up. If you are a sleep person and you know how I can get him to stop this shit, please DM me your advice. We're not a cry it out family. What I liked that I saw on TikTok was like, there's a green light and a red light. And we'll leave the house till the green or the room is clear. No one's rushing. Everyone will get used to it. But there it does create more drama
