i agree with everything you've just said, but you saying that isn't actually specific enough to start programming. And that's the problem, right? Is that we we do know that there are differences between narrow evolutionary processes and open enter processes. We even have an idea of how to open the range a little bit, but it's always as a little tiny bit more. You could probably figure out a reward system that allows it to walk upstairs instead of not walking upstairs. But there's no way it's going to then turn around and start playing go.
