Diversity Is Good in All Directions

I think the diversity was a byproduct of how you sort of run your social circle. If Renee Ritchie comes to me and says, Like, here's somebody you should really talk to... I add them to a list or I say, Could you please do an intro? And as long as it doesn't get at the lunch buried in my inbox, which has happened a couple of times, then I have conversations and we usually end up bringing those people in. People who just like write to me out of the blue, unless it's a big name that was kind of on my dream list anyway, I usually don't even reply because I always worry that whatever I say is just
