The Fed's Expectations for the Labor Market in Q4
We updated our outlook this week, kept the recession timing in Q4. I'd be cautious about this morning's data just because there's a lot of volatility. But if you look at the last Friday's jobs report, it showed the permanent job losers really rising. And then as you look forward for the consumer, you have excess savings dissipating by the end of the year and student debt payments coming back.
