The KGB Operation: The Three Hikers Who Tested Positive for Radioactivity
The waistband of Alexander Klevitov's sweater and lower part of his ski trousers tested positive for radioactivity. The third piece of clothing that also tested for radioactivity, it was found on a sweater worn by one of the other bodies in the ravine. It is said within this theory that these three were on a secret mission to deliver radioactive samples to a group of CIA agents and take pictures.
