The Importance of Persistence in Programming

The difficulty of programming is unique. That's a frustration that I haven't seen replicated in any other way. You get a file open, you write some stuff, it just doesn't work. As an adult, there is more of an expectation that things are hard. If someone takes the time to write a blog post, they probably will respond actually. And with that, that was the start of being able to do some basic things.
