The Duty of Care to the Workforce Is Hand in Hand With the Duty of Care to the Young People

There's a lot of sports organizations I think who probably need to clip up that last section, send it out there onto YouTube. There isn't in my opinion a direct relationship that we've often again overlooked which is that you know the well being of the practitioner is directly directly related to the experience of the participants. And, and often, they're well being too in the long term. You know, so the duty of care to the workforce is sort of, you know, hand in glove with the duty of Care to the participants and the young people that you care. It doesn't help anybody if we're losing really good people from, from the industry and from any organization. Any thoughts
