The Future of Formula One

Formula One is investing heavily in some STEM related efforts. How soon will we see a woman driving in Formula One? Well, we're seeing it now. I think what we need to do is a sport. We want it to be engineers, mechanics, marketing, racing drivers. So it really has to start at the grassroots level. It's moving at a pretty fast pace. And I think diversity gives you so much more information and diversity of thinking.
