How to Make Infographics More Interactive

The two things about making infographics more interactive are cost and shareability. How much time do we spend for an unknown audience? I mean, the reality of it is there's no way to really measure that because you don't know how many people are actually going there as they have some type of disability or need a slightly different experience.
