The SEC's Decision to Allow Coinbase to List as a Public Company
Coinbase was seeking several different paths to create maybe a third way in which you could comply with securities laws. And we just saw your boss, Brian Armstrong, say that there was a sort of change in tone within the agency. Can you characterize sort of how that maybe took a turn and what maybe these proposals that you had presented, what were they and why are we not in a place where one of them is being implemented? Well thanks Frank, it's always good to talk to you and quite honestly I'm sleeping quite well at night because I think we're in the right here and I think the SEC is dead wrong.
