Leadership is the lens that you look through. The clearer that lens, the more effectively you'r oingt be able to respond to what's going on and make a difference. From a leadership, be very, very curious. Don't be furious. Do dodon't get mad. Get get observant. Ask, probe, be curious. What's going on with that team, with that group, with that class, with that person? And i think that's critically important if you're going to have the right attitude and making a difference.
