Protecting Your Circadian Rhythm

Doing physical activity ideally around the same time each day will also help and train your rhythm. Start eating even if you're not hungry because that will put you in a place that will tell your body, like, I'm in a different zone. And then finally, at the end of the night, right, as the sun goes down, that's another place where you want to be protecting yourself against light exposure.
