The Importance of Respecting Dead Human Body Parts

I don't care if somebody wants to eat my flesh after I'm dead. What counts as respect for a dead human body is highly conventional. If we were to discover that by consuming a part of the thymus from dead human beings we could cure certain diseases but you wouldn't get the body part surgically you'd have to eat it. We would become cannibals if there were some really important benefit from it just like we are in a way cannibals through organ transplantation.
