I think the primary driver for commercial real estate is not as much geography as it is property type. Reserves are important, right? I mean, that's kind of a big point because obviously as you buy larger properties that have larger loan amounts,. The expenses of the property are much larger. And so it's just about having the right amount of reserves in the property and making sure cash flows like any investment.
