The Evolution of Markets

Right now if you tried to really jump in on the building thing you'd only catch about a year of it before it the wave ends. People get so caught up and that's generally what happens. And maybe there's another shift right in another 20 years where people figure that out and then there's too many builders. Yeah no over the course of history time and time again things have just you know it's funny but people don't catch the patterns right? They can't see these things. It's just the way markets evolve.
