Are We Making the Case Persuasive?
Coaches have to look at themselves right and say are we presenting this in the best possible way. Do we understand what it is these folks need to hear from us to make the argument persuasive? It's very easy to point fingers and go it's everyone else's fault, he says. "It's a really challenging space to navigate I think" He plans on launching an ecological conceptualization podcast next year as part of his coaching career.
