"There's a lot of fluster at all at the top levels of all the big companies, kind of flurrying to catch up or be on top of this generative AI wave that's happening right now," he says. "It is weird that Sam Altman is like basically going to Congress and being like, guys, this AI stuff is crazy. What's happening here? This should be stopped." He adds: "We need to, yes, we need regulation, but we also partly ... I think what I admire from Google I.O. is that they're aware how dangerous some of this stuff is".
