There is a specific gen that will determine an enzyme. It's called a cytochrome p four 50 enzyme, which exists in your liver. But we don't currently have any known methods to dial up the volume on the activity of that gene. How about tea verses carthe? It really depends on the type of tea. And by the way, if you're wantig to do the experiment with kafine, i always tell people when it comes to sleep, make sure that you do the negative, positive, negative experiment.
