Product Market Fit - Is It the Most Important Thing?

i spent a lot of time talking to management teams about the importance of product market fit. What are the techniques for knowing we have product market fit? And this has changed overtime, because we have big data. We have metrics that you didn't have, correct in the nineties? The amounto aint metrics, though, that i use, or the huristics that i've come to recommend, don't require big data. It's ke golly simple. Let's do it.
