Right now, it's mostly just for understanding the brain. But that being said, we have a couple of research projects that are seeking to do better credit simon to nai. Ah, another area of credit assignment that i'm interested in is the question of credit assignment with really sparse, sparse inputs,. So if you do back propagation in a situation where only a very small subset of your inputs are relevant to solving a problem, eventually back propagation can do the credit assignment. Ind can figure it out, but it'll take longer an ideal.
